so i had a charge on my card that i did not authorize so i called customer service and the lady told me that they were gonna freeze my card so i asked to talk to a supervisor and i told them that i could not afford to pay the 10 dollars to replace it nor could i wait the 7 to 10 business days to receive it because this is my rent money they would not work with me i have been with them for 7 years so i tell them i can not wait nor can i afford to pay it so instead they tell me that they can send it in a 3 day express but it will charge me 29.95 i do not recommend anyone to use this company i also asked them can i go get the rest of my money off the card before they freeze it and they said no so *** achieve card they rip people off
