I need a tracking number for my new card

You have sent may new card out and I paid 25$ for the shipping and i still have not received my card it ridiculous that I was not giving a tracking number and you guys sent it to an address that I dont live at anymore for the last 2 yrs its sad that I am not able to speak to anyone in customer service

After years of complaints is closing down

Ineffective customer service and disputes resolution. Refused to transfer your bank funds to another bank. Above all no corporate contact with achieve card or barclay bank. Now it's closing with less than 45days notice to closed your account..

Cannot reach a person by any available option and can’t get into account

Im a legal guardian for someone who had an accident leaving him with a TBI. His account number expired and the card cannot be accessed. You cannot reach any person to speak to through the fully automated phone number connected to this card, no chat, no message, no email, no help. I cant reset the pin, update the address or request a new card to new address. And even the bank behind the card, Bancorp, has a fully automated phone line for contact and once again cannot reach a human for help. And we definitely need help! Worst card ever!

My deposit

I am very upset. This is beginning to be an every month problem. My deposit takes a week or so to go in after you all say it’s been deposited. I want to know why. I put it on achieve because it said you get it early but you DO NIT.

Personal complaint on each and every worker whom answered the phone for what they consider services!

Called 6 times throughout the day and all my questions on a deposit that was accidentally deposited by one of my pp to an account that had been closed for 5 years and their only option for me was to wait 14 business days for a paper check to show up in my mail box! These people are evil *** whom have it coming to them in more ways than one! They are ride and intentionally avoid literally every question you ask about your funds like it's their money! Worst people you could possibly imagine! Each one of the so called telemarketers are nothing more than a pile of *** that wastes the time of their customers! *** each and everyone of you cunts!net

Refusing card member request

Spoke to customer service representative to explain my issues with a company . Charge my card with unauthorized charge for product. I explain don't cancel the card investigate the issue.. c/s refused, I ask for supervisor...put on hold too long. I hung after my message I left for a return. call never got it.

Greetings. I need clarification on rejected deposits. The IRS documents that my refund was directed deposited Feb. 24th. The money was never deposited into my account and I was never notified. I am afraid that it may have been rejected due to the amount. Please let me know if it was rejected back to the Irs and provide me with that document so I can resolve this with them quickly. I was depending on those funds. Thank you for your assistance.
